2. Scope of Service
Elyon Property Solutions acts solely as an intermediary connecting Owners with Cohosts for the purpose of STR property management. Our role is limited to introducing parties; we do not directly manage properties nor guarantee any party’s performance.

3. Relationship Between Parties
- Owners and Cohosts acknowledge that any contractual relationship entered into after introduction by Elyon Property Solutions shall be independent of us.
- We are not party to any agreement between Owners and Cohosts regarding property management, payment terms, or responsibility for obligations under such arrangements.
- Elyon Property Solutions assumes no liability arising from actions or omissions of Owners or Cohosts.

4. Fees & Payments
- A service fee will be charged to either Owner or Cohost (or both), as specified prior to finalizing the connection.

- Payments must be made according to agreed schedules through approved payment methods.

5. User Responsibilities
For Owners:
- Ensure that all property information provided is accurate and complete.
- Obtain all necessary licenses/permits required by local law for operating an STR.
For Cohosts:
- Accurately represent credentials and capabilities.
- Fulfill all agreed-upon duties with professionalism and integrity.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services:
- For unlawful purposes or activities;
- To transmit false or misleading information;
- To infringe upon the rights of others;
- To circumvent payment due to us for successful connections facilitated by Elyon Property Solutions.
Violation may result in termination of account access without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Elyon Property Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages;
- Losses incurred due to interactions between Owners and Cohosts;
- Failure by either party to perform under their separate agreements.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid directly by you for our services within six months prior to your claim.
